目的:研究为喇叭口状残根患者进行修复后选用不同桩核修复系统对其牙齿抗折性能产生的影响。方法:择取我院于2015年12月至2016年3月期间收治的因正畸而拔除下颌第一前磨牙患者共52例拔除的54颗患牙,患者均行常规性根管治疗,截冠后形成喇叭口状。随机将患牙分为研究组、对照组以及对照1组,每组18颗。研究组行铸瓷桩修复,对照组行玻璃纤维桩修复,对照1组行纯钛合金桩修复。测试三组患者包埋的样本牙齿抗折性能。结果:研究组牙齿抗折性能优于对照组和对照1组,组间数据经过统计学分析,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:铸瓷桩核冠对患者喇叭口状残根的修复效果优于纯钛合金以及玻璃纤维桩,可有效提升修复后牙齿的抗折性能,可在临床中扩大应用范围。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of different post-core repair systems on the flexural properties of dental folds in patients with trumpet-shaped residual roots after repair. Methods: Fifty-two cases of 54 teeth removed from our hospital from December 2015 to March 2016 due to orthodontics were selected. All patients underwent conventional root canal therapy. Crown form a bell mouth shape. The teeth were randomly divided into study group, control group and control group 1, each group 18. The research group casts the porcelain post repair, the control group repairs the glass fiber post, and the control group 1 repairs the pure titanium alloy post. Tensile properties of the specimens embedded in the three groups of patients were tested. Results: The fracture resistance of the study group was better than that of the control group and the control group 1. The statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The restoration of the trumpet-shaped residual root in cast-porcelain post crown is better than that of pure titanium alloy and fiberglass piles, which can effectively improve the fracture resistance of the restored tooth and can expand the scope of application in clinical practice.
