梳理分析美国联邦航空局(FAA)适航规章体系中联邦航空规章及其修正案、咨询通告、政策声明等相关文件直接引用工业标准数量及分布情况,进一步梳理分析国内航空相关工业标准与这些引用标准的对应关系,从而客观准确的分析把握国内能够支撑适航的工业标准的现状与差距,为我国民机研制、适航符合性验证与合格审定工作中标准采用提供支持,也为国内支撑适航的民机标准体系的构建提供参考。
