在挂职工艺部长助理的这半年时间里,我通过认真学习、主动参与、深入思考,得到了较为全面的锻炼。以下是我半年来挂职锻炼工作心得体会。一、个人能力提升转变为团队力量提升个人的精力是有限的,如何充分发挥团队力量是一个管理者应学习和具备的能力。每个人的工作态度和能力都不一样,有的成员工作效率很高,有的做事拖拖拉拉,有的做事很仔细,有的却马马虎虎。我自己就是一个急性子,做事雷厉风行,不喜欢慢慢散散。自挂职锻炼以来,领导的大力支持和许多方向性的指导,让我在多方面问题
In the past six months as an assistant to minister of craft, I got a more comprehensive exercise through serious study, active participation and deep thinking.
