图书馆营销是图书馆面向自己服务的群体而展开的一系列有针对性的活动,目的是向社会推广图书馆服务,提高图书馆的影响力及价值。文章对陕西省图书馆的营销策略进行研究,其影响策略为:借助媒体扩大宣传;充分利用社交网络;吸引公众参与图书馆服务;与读者进行互动,让读者为图书馆决策提出意见等。最后,通过对陕西省图书馆的营销策略研究获得了四点启示。
Library marketing is a series of targeted activities that libraries carry out for their own services. The purpose of library marketing is to promote library services to the community and enhance the influence and value of libraries. This article studies the marketing strategies of Shaanxi Provincial Library. Its influencing strategies are as follows: expanding publicity through media; making full use of social networks; attracting public participation in library services; interacting with readers and making readers make comments for library decision-making. Finally, through the study of marketing strategy of Shaanxi Provincial Library, it obtains four enlightenments.
