针对传统“局部熔化+机械冲击”清冷钢工艺中存在的缺陷,提出了“反射熔化”的新思路,设计出了崭新的大型转炉快速清冷钢装置;并通过计算与现场试验,得出了适合宝钢第二炼钢厂转炉快速清冷钢装置的20°导流罩倾角。新装置投入使用后,清理时间缩短了90%、能耗降低了80%,为转炉清冷钢工艺开拓了思路,为清冷钢装置的设计和现场应用提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the defects in the traditional “partial melting + mechanical impact” cold steel process, a new idea of “reflex melting” was put forward and a new large-scale converter rapid cooling steel device was designed. Through calculation and field test, The inclination angle of 20 degree diversion fairing for converter HSC unit of Baosteel No.2 steelmaking plant was obtained. After the new device is put into use, the cleaning time is shortened by 90% and the energy consumption is reduced by 80%, which opens up the train of thought for the converter steelmaking process and provides reference for the design and field application of the steelmaking unit.
