1982年12月14日同志们: 我没有准备讲话,刚才曾老和德中同志的讲话,都很重要。我们这个会,是我们档案工作上开创新局面的一次会议,总结了历史的经验,提出了规划和今后的任务,会议开得很好,很圆满。在我们全面开创社会主义现代化建设新局面的形势面前,要开创档案工作的新局面,这就要求我们要研究新问题,掌握新情况,不断地努力学习,提高我们的政治思想水平、理论水平和业务水平,把工作推进到一个新的阶段,以适应新的形势。
