在过去几十年中,机车牵引电机齿轮的润滑从重质沥青齿轮润滑剂发展到润滑脂和半流体脂,现在已向润滑油发展。并且,为了避免由于寒冷气候而引起的起动困难,已经向低粘度润滑剂发展。考虑到渐开线直齿轮副沿啮合线上负荷与速度的变化情况,用计算的油膜厚度与齿面粗糙度之比,将弹性流体动力学理论应用到牵引齿轮副的油品润滑,对不同粘度范围与不同油种(矿物油、合成油)进行了试验。
Over the past few decades, the lubrication of traction motors for locomotives has evolved from the development of heavy-duty bituminous gear lubricants to greases and semi-fluid greases. And, in order to avoid start-up difficulties due to the cold weather, low-viscosity lubricants have been developed. Considering the variation of load and speed along the mesh line of involute spur gear pair, the theory of elastic fluid dynamics was applied to the oil lubrication of the traction gear pair by using the calculated ratio of oil film thickness to tooth surface roughness. Viscosity range and different oil species (mineral oil, synthetic oil) were tested.
