1965年以来,为了开发四川地区的含硫天然气,我院先后设计了东溪、威远和卧龙河等脱硫厂以及相应的低温、常温集气站、集气和集输管线。这些装置、厂站的设备和管线在生产中,由于各种原因,出现了一些问题,例如一、二厂的再生塔发生腐蚀开裂;卧龙河、中埧和威远二厂的重沸器、硫磺回收冷凝冷却器以及卧龙河一、二号低温集气站凝析油稳定塔和塔顶换热器等都在使用后不久由于腐蚀、堵塞等原因而被迫停产。我们通过多年的试验研究,总结生产实际经验和教训及参考国外的作法,使这些事故基本得以防止,保证了含硫气田的正常开采和输送。从生产实践中认识到含硫天然气所用设备的设计和一般压力容器的设计有所不同。
Since 1965, in order to develop natural gas with sulfur content in Sichuan Province, our hospital has successively designed desulfurization plants such as Dongxi, Weiyuan and Wolonghe as well as corresponding low temperature and normal temperature gas gathering stations, gas gathering and gathering and transporting lines. For example, the regeneration towers of No. 1 and No. 2 plants are subject to corrosion and cracking; the reboilers of Wolong River, Zhongli and Weiyuan Plant No. 2, Sulfur recovery condenser cooler and the Wolong River one, two low temperature gas condensate condensate tower and tower heat exchanger are used soon after due to corrosion, clogging and other reasons forced to stop production. Through years of experimental research, we summarize the practical experience and lessons learned from production and reference to foreign practices, so that these accidents can be basically prevented and the normal exploitation and transportation of sulfur-containing gas fields can be guaranteed. It is recognized from production practices that the design of equipment for sulfur-containing natural gas is different from the design of a typical pressure vessel.
