目的：探讨中药注射液对输液微粒的影响。方法：利用ＺＷＦ４ＤⅡ型微粒分析仪对５％葡萄糖注射液、三种中药注射液及其与５％葡萄糖注射液的混合液中的微粒进行测量对比。结果：混合液中≥２μｍ，≥５μｍ，≥１０μｍ的微粒增加显著。结论：混合液微粒的增加是由于中药注射液带入和配伍变化产生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine injection on infusion particles. Methods: The ZWF 4D II particle analyzer was used to compare the particles in 5% glucose injection, three traditional Chinese medicine injections and its mixture with 5% glucose injection. RESULTS: The particles in the mixed solution ≥ 2μm, ≥ 5μm, ≥ 10μm increased significantly. Conclusion: The increase of mixed liquid particles is due to the introduction and compatibility changes of Chinese medicine injection.
