目的考察加味四妙汤对高尿酸血症(HUA)大鼠血尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的影响,探讨其治疗HUA的机理。方法以腺嘌呤合乙胺丁醇法造成大鼠高尿酸血症模型,灌胃给予加味四妙汤,共给药7 d测定其血清中尿酸、XOD、ADA含量。结果加味四妙汤大、中、小剂量及苯溴马龙组均能降低HUA大鼠血清中尿酸水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),加味四妙汤大、中剂量能降低HUA大鼠血清中XOD含量(P<0.05),对ADA含量无明显影响。结论加味四妙汤对HUA具有良好的治疗作用,推测其机理可能与降低XOD水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei Si Miao Decoction on serum uric acid, xanthine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in rats with hyperuricemia (HUA) and to explore its mechanism of HUA treatment. Methods A rat model of hyperuricemia induced by adenine and ethambutol was administered. Jiawei Si Miantang was given intragastrically for determination of uric acid, XOD and ADA in serum for 7 days. Results Jiawei S Miao Tang large, medium and small doses of benzene and bromine Malone group can reduce serum uric acid levels in HUA rats (P <0.05, P <0.01), Jiawei S Miao Tang large and medium dose can reduce HUA rat serum In the XOD content (P <0.05), ADA content had no significant effect. Conclusion Jiaweimi Miaoupang HUA has a good therapeutic effect, suggesting that the mechanism may be related to lower XOD levels.
