本文提出了一种用以确定混合型应力强度因子的新的评定方法。这个方法回避了在等色图象上靠近裂纹顶端易于产生测量误差的倾向,并取远区的数据。本文给出了合适的外推法规律,把远离裂纹顶端区的数据转换为裂纹近区的数据。这样,就可以运用著名的欧文公式来确定混合型的应力强度因子(SIF)。本文还建立了简化 SIF 计算的简便公式。实验证据确证了用新方法所得之结果。
This paper presents a new evaluation method to determine the mixed stress intensity factor. This method avoids the propensity of measurement errors to be generated near the crack tip in the image of the same color and takes the data of the far area. In this paper, a suitable law of extrapolation is given to convert the data far away from the tip region of the crack into the data of the near-crack region. In this way, the well-known Irvine formula can be used to determine the mixed stress intensity factor (SIF). This article also established a simple formula to simplify the calculation of SIF. Experimental evidence confirms the results obtained with the new method.
