2003年是贯彻落实党的十六大精神,全面建设小康社会的重要一年。为认真做好2003年春运工作,使人民群众欢度传统节日,保持社会稳定和经济的发展,根据国家经贸委《关于认真做好2003年春运工作的通知》(国经贸运行[2002]930号)精神,结合我市实际,现就有关事项通知如下:一、加强组织领导,确保春运工作顺利完成按照国家经贸委的部署,2003年春节运输从1月17日开始,至2月25日结束,共计40天。春运期间,预计我市旅客运量同比将继续有所增长。为确保春运工作如期完成,市政府决定,成立“西安市2003年春运工作领导小组”(名单另发),负责组织、领导、协调全市的春运工作。
