目的测定愈创木酚磺酸钾中异构体的含量。方法采用NMR法测定愈创木酚磺酸钾异构体结构中5-H的积分面积,按相对定量模式计算异构体的含量,并与HPLC加校正因子计算测定结果进行比较。结果采用NMR法测定3批愈创木酚磺酸钾中3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯磺酸钾和4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯磺酸钾的含量,与HPLC测定结果基本一致。结论 NMR法测定结果准确,方法简单快速。
Objective To determine the content of isomers of potassium guaiacol sulfonate. Methods The integral area of 5-H in the structure of isomers of guaiacol sulfonate was determined by NMR method. The content of isomers was calculated according to relative quantitative model and compared with the result of HPLC and calibration factor calculation. Results The contents of potassium 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzenesulfonate and potassium 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzenesulfonate in 3 batches of potassium guaiacol sulfonate were determined by NMR. Consistent. Conclusion The results of NMR method are accurate and the method is simple and fast.
