我厂1980年自行设计制造了一台8MN油压挤压机,由于没有张力矫直机配套使用,挤压材需装框吊运到精整跨的0.6MN张力矫直机上进行矫直。由于多次转运和装卸框,使挤压材表面严重划伤、碰伤,成品率降低。为此,我们自行设计了一台简易0.1MN张力矫直机,满足了生产的要求,提高了成品率。该机结构简单,液压系统选用标准油路块,投资少(如自行加工只需投资1.5万元左右)。如能自行设计和制造(一般小型铝加工厂均能自行加工制造),每台造价要比外购节约投资4万元左右。
