党的十八大将生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”的总布局,确立了生态文明建设的突出地位,然而西部少数民族地区却同时面临着提高生态文明建设水平和大力发展地方经济的双重重任。以凉山彝族自治州西昌市为例,探讨西部少数民族地区生态文明建设的有效路径,以期实现生态与经济并重,环保与发展同步。
