堂古5井是在山东聊城境内渤海湾台坳临清块坳堂邑构造带南堂邑背斜上的一口重点区域探井,设计井深4300m。该井主要目的层奥陶系峰峰-冶里组是724m长的石膏层和石膏夹层,所以井壁稳定问题是南堂邑构造安全快速钻井的关键。针对堂古5井的地质情况,研制出了以抗盐膏聚合物KC-8,抗钙磺化处理剂SMP、SMC、护胶剂CMC为主的新型抗盐膏钻井液体系。经现场应用表明,该体系舱有效地解决堂古5井四开井段盐膏层易溶解、易垮塌造成的井壁不稳定问题,满足了堂古5井的钻井施工要求。
Dangu 5 well is a key exploration well located on the anticline of the South Tangyi tectonic belt of the Qinghai-Tibet Block Au Tong Basin in Liaocheng, Shandong Province with a well depth of 4300m. The main purpose of this well Ordovician peak Feng - Ye Li is 724m long gypsum layer and gypsum interlayer, so the stability of the borehole wall is the key to the construction of safe and rapid drilling of South Tongyi. Aiming at the geological conditions of Tanggu 5 well, a new anti-salt paste drilling fluid system is developed, which is composed of salt-resistant polymer KC-8, anti-calcification sulfonation agent SMP, SMC and anti-corrosion agent CMC. The field application shows that the system module effectively solves the instability of the borehole wall caused by the easy dissolution and collapse of the salt-gypsum layer in the fourth well section of the Tonggu-5 well and meets the drilling requirements of the Tanggu-5 well.
