一年前,提起乐山制药厂,人们无不摇头惋惜。1993年,全年亏损927.37万元,是全市出了名的特困企业。如今,不到一年时间,黄德明和新班子成员带领全厂职工团结拚搏,1994年6月实现止亏。到11月底,全厂总产值达2940万元,比1993年同期的1600万元增加 83.7％,销售收入达2300万元,比 1993年同期的 1400万元增加64.2％,职工工资在效益提高的情况下扣除政策性调资,在1993年基础上增加56％。谈起这些来之不易的可喜成绩,人们总是要提起该厂领头人——厂党委书记、厂长黄德明。
