燕山水库是1991年以来国务院确定的治淮骨干工程之一,燕山水库建管局自成立以来,按照国家有关规定和省委省政府对燕山水库建设的要求,认真履行项目法人责任制、招标投标制、建设监理制和合同管理制,始终坚持以合同管理为依据、以制度管理为手段,以质量管理为核心,以“五个一流”和“三个安全”为目标开展各项工作。
