机采系统是油由开发生产过程中的主要耗能单元之一,对于低渗油田生产系统,提高油井机采系统效率是节能降耗的关键。文中通过对江苏油田A厂低渗油田油井机采系统效率的跟踪测试和对比分析,从低渗油藏地质特征、低渗油田油井生产特点入手,围绕油层—井筒—抽油设备所组成的机采系统进行分析,找出低渗油田油井机采系统效率的影响因素,并开展相关的技术研究工作,取得了较好的效果,全厂低渗油田机采系统效率逐年提高,节能效益明显。
The mechanical mining system is one of the main energy-consuming units in the process of oil production and development. For the low-permeability oilfield production system, improving the efficiency of the mechanical recovery system is the key to saving energy and reducing consumption. Through tracking test and comparative analysis of the system efficiency of low permeability oilfield oil well in Jiangsu A Oilfield, this paper starts from the geological characteristics of low permeability reservoir and the production characteristics of oil wells in low permeability oilfield, Mining system analysis to find out the factors that affect the efficiency of low-permeability oil well machine system, and to carry out related technical research work and achieved good results, the whole plant low permeability oil recovery system efficiency of mining machines increased year by year, energy-saving benefits.
