中小学的思想政治教育,是一项系统工程,要求纵向系列化、横向一体化,充分发挥各方面功能,完成德育任务.横向一体化,就是把学校、家庭、社会三种教育力量组织起来,协调一致地对学生进行教育.班主任如果能够正确认识并协调好这三种教育力量,充分发挥自己的主导作用,加强学生的思想教育,定能大面积提高教育质量. 以我所带的一个班为例:82届初三(1)班是“收底班”,我在初三接班时,老师们认为只有30%的学生可望毕业,领导要我们力争毕业率在50%以上.经过一年的努力,该班成为德、智、体全面发展的先进集体,除一人外,全部成为合格毕业生.
The ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools is a systematic project, requiring vertical serialization and horizontal integration, giving full play to all aspects of functions and accomplishing the tasks of moral education. Horizontal integration is the organization of three kinds of educational forces: school, family, and society. Coordinatively and consistently educate students. If the head teacher can correctly understand and coordinate these three education forces, give full play to his leading role and strengthen students’ ideological education, he will be able to greatly improve the quality of education. For example: In the 82rd session of the 3rd class (1) class, it was a “receiving class”. When I took the class in the 3rd class, the teachers thought that only 30% of the students were expected to graduate. The leadership wanted us to strive for a graduation rate of 50% or more. With the efforts of the year, the class became an advanced collective of moral, intellectual, and physical development. All but one were qualified graduates.
