我厂自1953年以来,在制造直径大于200毫米的电动机定、转子片冷冲模时;凸凹模刃口一般都采用合金堆焊工艺。这样就可以大大节约合金模具钢材和加工工时。堆焊层硬度为HRC58~62°。使用寿命相当于用Cr12钢制造的模具。多年来我们认为这是一种值得推广的工艺。一、焊条我厂现采用上海东亚电焊材料制造厂生产的“上焊64A”焊条。此种焊条是一种钛碱型渣系;相当于钨9%类高速钢合金成分。此类焊条焊接工艺良好,焊缝成形美观;可以交直流两用。焊缝金属近似化学成分为:碳~0.4%,铬~4.5%,钒~0.5%,钨~9%,钼~2%。焊后空冷硬度HRC>

Approximate chemical composition of the weld metal: carbon ~ 0.4%, chromium ~ 4.5%, vanadium ~ 0.5%, tungsten ~ 9%, molybdenum ~ 2%. Air cooling after welding HRC>
