网络的容量分配和流量控制是组建计算机通信网时不可避免要考虑的两个方面,二者有着紧密的关系,本文从网络的平均延时角度来分析通信网中的容量分配和流量控制问题,并给出了进行容量分配的流量控制的算法。
Network capacity allocation and flow control are two aspects that inevitably need to be considered when setting up a computer communication network. The two are closely related. This paper analyzes the capacity allocation and flow control in the communication network from the perspective of the average delay of the network, The algorithm of traffic control for capacity allocation is given.
