针对镐型截齿在工作环境下齿体断裂失效问题,利用Solidworks建立截齿刀头无磨损、磨钝、脱落三种工况模型,应用ANSYS有限元分析在三种工况下截齿的应力和变形规律,再进行理论分析对比。结果显示:齿体存在应力传递不均匀现象,刀头出现异常状况为截齿断裂的主要原因,有限元分析与实际故障一致。通过对截齿的有限元分析,为其今后的改进优化提供理论基础。
Aiming at the failure problem of tooth picks in pick-type picks under working environment, Solidworks was used to establish the model of wear-free, blunt and exfoliated picks, and the stress of picks was analyzed using ANSYS finite element method And deformation law, and then theoretical analysis and comparison. The results show that the tooth body has the problem of uneven stress transmission and the abnormal condition of the cutter head is the main reason for the fracture of the cutting tooth. The finite element analysis is consistent with the actual fault. Through the finite element analysis of the picks, it provides a theoretical basis for its improvement and optimization in the future.
