为实现自动铺带工艺的特殊要求,搭建了铺带专用开放式数控系统;为实现超声切割运动子系统与铺带头主运动实时联动,采用PMAC的随动模式与时基控制方式将两者的运动有机衔接。该系统以PMAC运动控制卡为核心,以工控机为上位机,且与多数字I/O板卡(PCL-725,PCL-730)并行控制的方式,为提高5轴铺带主运动与3轴超声切割子系统运动的实时同步性,采用PMAC卡中的时基随动功能实现各种切割情况。为实现了数控系统软件中的运动控制及其与开关动作量之间的协调联动的任务,采用WINDOW2000操作系统平台,并完成了各控制器的驱动程序、用户图形界面和数控代码编译模块的设计。该系统能很好解决铺带机多轴运动控制精度要求较高、运动量与较多动作量联动实时性等设计难点。
