本文报告应用美国TEKNAR 公司产OPHTHA—SONIC A/P Ⅲ测量角膜厚度,瑞士HUCO 公司产全套角膜放射状切开术(RK)手术器械和苏式操作方法。对97例193只近视眼作RK 术,其中男120眼,女73眼,年龄19~41岁,随访3~12个月。结果如下:1.RK 术后裸眼视力:≤-3.00D 组14眼,视力≥5.0(1.0)者11眼,≥4.7(0.5)者3眼,<4.7(0.5)者没有;≤-6.00D 组88眼,视力≥5.0者66眼,≥4.7者19眼,<4.7者3眼;≤-9.00D 组67眼,视力≥5.0者22眼,≥4.7者36眼,<4.7者9眼;>-9.00D 组24眼,视力≥5.0者1眼,≥4.7者8眼,<4.7者15眼。
This paper reports the use of the United States TEKNAR company OPHTHA-SONIC A / P Ⅲ measurement of corneal thickness, Swiss company HUCO corneal radiofrequency surgery (RK) surgical instruments and Soviet-style operation. 97 cases of 193 myopia for RK surgery, including 120 males and 73 females, aged 19 to 41 years, followed up for 3 to 12 months. The results are as follows: 1. Uncorrected visual acuity after RK: 14 eyes with≤-3.00D, 11 eyes with≥5.0 (1.0), 3 eyes≥4.7 (0.5), <4.7 (0.5) 66 eyes of ≥5.0 eyes, 19 eyes of ≥4.7 eyes, 3 eyes of <4.7 eyes, 67 eyes of ≤-9.00D eyes, 22 eyes of ≥5.0 eyes, 36 eyes ≥4.7 eyes, 9 eyes of <4.7 eyes; > -9.00D group 24 eyes, visual acuity ≥5.0 in 1 eye, ≥4.7 in 8 eyes, <4.7 in 15 eyes.
