报纸发展的动态 20世纪末,著名的“罗马俱乐部”出了一本书,叫《第一次全球革命》。书中预言21世纪有三股影响人类的最大力量,其中之一就是媒体。现在我们已经身处21世纪之初,研究媒体首先应当研究传统媒体。因为目前网络这个“第4媒体”方兴未艾,由于诸多原因,暂时还远远赶不上报纸、电视、广播等的影响力。同时,还得认识到,20世纪末,中国报业存在两个悖论,一个是“大报”的发行面,不如“小报”,大报成了小众媒体,“小报”成了大众媒体。第二个是机关报大多成了只有在机关里才能看到的东西,而“小报”有的甚至只有内发刊号的报刊却满街叫卖,形成了公开刊号“内部发行”,内部刊号公开发行。所谓“大报”,通常是指省市级以上的党报,这种报纸在零售市场上较少见,绝大多数是公费订来给党政官员看的,而所谓“小报”则是指那些非机关报的各类市场报纸,它
