绩效管理是指为了达成组织的目标,通过持续开放的沟通过程,形成组织目标所预期的利益和产出,并推动团队和员工做出有利于组织目标达成的行为。作为人力资源管理的核心部分,绩效管理的目的就是基于企业的发展战略,通过员工与管理者持续、动态的沟通,明确员工的工作任务及绩效目标,并量化员工工作结果,在过程中影响和改进员工的行为和能力,从而实现公司的目标,并使员工和公司同时得到发展,实现共同提高。 Performance management refers to the goal of achieving organizational goals through the continuous open communication process to form the expected benefits and outputs of the organization’s goals and to promote the team and staff to make the organization’s goals are conducive to the behavior.
