为了研究人胚胃成纤维细胞长期暴露于胃癌高发区饮水后的变化,用流式细胞仪分析了细胞周期中各期细胞比例、增殖指数和DNA指数,并观察了细胞形态学改变。结果发现该饮水可使胃成纤维细胞S期和G2M期细胞比例和增殖指数明显增加,DNA指数超出正常范围,细胞出现明显形态学改变,这些结果提示胃癌高发区饮水可能含有致癌物质,与当地胃癌高发密切相关
In order to study the changes of human embryonic gastric fibroblasts after long-term exposure to drinking water in high-risk areas of gastric cancer, flow cytometry was used to analyze the proportions of cell cycle, proliferation index and DNA index in each phase of the cell cycle, and observed cell morphology changes. The results showed that the drinking water could increase the proportion and proliferation index of gastric fibroblasts in S phase and G2M phase, the DNA index was beyond the normal range, and the cells showed obvious morphological changes. These results suggested that drinking water in gastric cancer high-risk areas may contain carcinogens. High incidence of gastric cancer is closely related
