钍是钚产品中需要控制的杂质元素之一,需要准确测定。由于钚的基体干扰,同时又具有很强的α放射性和毒性,所以钚产品中微量钍的分析比较困难,建立一个灵敏度高的钚中钍的分析方法很有必要。研制了封闭式钍荧光分析仪。采用LED灯作激发光源并将其固定样品池上,提高了入射光强度及样品的荧光信号强度;采用高灵敏的热电致冷型光谱仪,降低了仪器的暗电流噪声,提高了仪器的灵敏度;采用光纤传导光信号,使样品室易于封闭。
