目的设计一种新的视力检测方法——自适应视力检测法,探讨自适应视力检测法的实际应用价值。方法通过计算机仿真实验考察自适应视力检测法的可行性。以仿真实验为基础,分别用40trials、80trials的自适应视力检测法及标准对数视力表(随机次序)对30名受试者[(26.1±4.7)岁,男18名、女12名]进行双眼视力检查。用自适应视力检测法检查结果与标准对数视力表检查结果的一致性限度评价其准确性,用配对样本t检验评价两种检查方法的相关性和差异性。结果受试者的视力检查结果显示40trials的自适应视力检测法检查结果与标准对数视力表检查结果间差异无统计学意义,但80trials的自适应视力检测法检查结果与标准对数视力表检查结果间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在合理的检查次数内(40trials),自适应视力检测法与标准对数视力表在成人视力检查中一致性较好。与标准对数视力表相比,自适应视力检测法有避免视标记忆问题、减小视觉拥挤效应等优势,具有实际应用价值。
Objective To design a new visual acuity testing method - adaptive acuity test to explore the practical value of adaptive acuity test. Methods The feasibility of adaptive vision test was investigated by computer simulation. Based on simulation experiments, 30 subjects [(26.1 ± 4.7) years old, 18 males and 12 females] were studied with 40trials, 80trials adaptive vision test and standard logarithmic visual acuity table (random order) Binocular vision test. The accuracy of the adaptive vision test and the standard logarithmic visual acuity test were evaluated, and the correlation and differences between the two test methods were evaluated by the paired sample t-test. Results Subjects visual acuity test results show 40trials adaptive vision test results and standard logarithmic visual acuity test results showed no significant difference between 80trials adaptive vision test results and standard logarithmic visual acuity test The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Adaptive visual acuity tests and standard logarithmic visual acuity tables are more consistent in adult visual acuity tests within a reasonable number of exams (40trials). Compared with the standard logarithmic visual acuity chart, adaptive vision test has the advantages of avoiding visual memory problems and reducing the effect of visual crowding, which has practical value.
