金属在挤压变形过程中处于强烈的三向压缩应力状态,使挤压加工有着其它塑性加工方法所不及的优点:能充分发挥金属的塑性,实现对低塑性材料的加工;提高道次变形程度,简化加工工艺;生产灵活性大以及产品尺寸精度高,等等。随着工业生产的迅速发展,对挤制品品种和质量的要求越来越高,从而促进了挤压技术的不断发展。本文拟对几种挤压方法的现状与发展作一综述。
