目的:为临床治疗精索静脉曲张行自身血管壁套叠瓣膜再造术式提供应用解剖学基础。方法:解剖并观察了成人标本精索静脉60侧。对精索静脉的起始、行程、属支类型进行了观测,并且对精索静脉血管壁自身套叠瓣膜再造术式进行了模拟。结果:精索静脉左侧平均长度201.64mm,右侧平均长度190.35mm。腹环起始处三支型者87%(52例);平第五腰椎高度一支型者80%(48例);平肾下端一支型者98%(58例)。结论:精索静脉血管壁自身套叠选择部位应在静脉主干属支汇合处下方2—3cm处为宜,套叠方向由静脉远端向近端套入,套叠长度为1cm。精索静脉血管壁自身套叠瓣膜再造这一术式,为阻断静脉血逆流,改善精索静脉曲张现象。并降低术后复发率,为临床提供较为可靠易行的成功术式。
OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomical basis for the clinical treatment of varicocele valvuloplasty with varicose vein graft. Methods: Sixty adult spermatic veins were dissected and observed. The onset, stroke and genus of spermatic vein were observed, and the self-overlapping valvular reconstruction model of varicocele was simulated. Results: The average length of the left spermatic vein 201.64mm, the average length of 190.35mm. 87% (52 cases) of the three branches of the ring at the beginning of the abdominal ring; 80% (48 cases) of the flat one of the fifth lumbar vertebral height; and 98% (58 cases) of the flat type of the lower kidney. CONCLUSIONS: The site of autotransplantation of varicocele should be 2-3 cm below the junction of main branches of veins. The direction of intussusception is nested from the distal to the proximal of the vein, and the length of the telescope is 1 cm. Varicocele varicose vein varicose vein reconstruction of this technique, in order to block the venous blood flow to improve varicocele phenomenon. And reduce postoperative recurrence rate, to provide a more reliable and reliable surgical procedures for the clinical.
