文章系统地介绍了6.67吨沸腾钢锭的传搁时间、液芯锭加热的热工制度及液芯轧制的试验研究。为了掌握初轧时钢锭液芯率,还进行了凝固理论计算以及采用倾倒法、测定模温法、硫印法等判定其液芯率。结果指出,试验缶数中,传搁时间小于80分钟,占67%,均可实行液芯轧制,其余可实现液芯加热,减少烧损47%,吨钢燃耗降低到0.042×10~6千卡/吨,初轧机轧制电耗降低20%以上,质量与凝固轧制相当。
The paper systematically introduces the transfer time of 6.67 tons of boiling ingot, the thermal system of liquid heating ingot and the experimental study of liquid core rolling. In order to grasp the blooming rate of ingot at the beginning of rolling, solidification theory calculation, pouring method, mold temperature method and sulfur-seal method were also used to determine the liquid-solid ratio. The results show that the test 缶 number, the transfer time is less than 80 minutes, accounting for 67%, can be implemented liquid core rolling, the remaining liquid core heating can be achieved to reduce burning 47%, the fuel consumption per ton down to 0.042 × 10 ~ 6 kcal / ton, rolling mill rolling power consumption reduced by more than 20%, the quality and solidification rolling considerable.
