目的观察益气活血方联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)的临床疗效。方法115例符合诊断标准的甲亢患者随机分为两组,治疗组(65例)采用自拟益气活血方加减联合甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组(50例)只予甲巯咪唑;疗程均为6个月,停药1年后随访;观察两组患者治疗前后甲状腺功能、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后甲状腺功能指标、临床症状均有显著改善(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为78.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善心悸、烦躁易怒、恶热、多汗、失眠、倦怠乏力症状及中医证候总积分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应的发生及复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方加减治疗甲亢疗效满意,中西药联合治疗优势明显。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism (Hyperthyroidism). Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with hyperthyroidism who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (65 cases) received self-made Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with methimazole, while the control group (50 cases) received only methimazole. For 6 months, discontinued 1 year follow-up; observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of thyroid function, clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the thyroid function indexes and clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups (P <0.01). The total effective rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 78.0% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The treatment group improved the symptoms of palpitations, irritability, fever, hyperhidrosis, insomnia, fatigue and the total score of syndromes of TCM with significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05); the occurrence of adverse reactions And relapse rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqihuoxue Fang treatment of hyperthyroidism satisfactory results, combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages.
