目的:考察注射用甲氨蝶呤于不同温度下与临床常用的5%葡萄糖,0.9%氯化钠,果糖,木糖醇注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定输液配置后24 h内的药物含量,同时观察配伍液外观并测定其pH值。结果:注射用甲氨蝶呤与4种输液在5和25℃温度条件下配伍后,0～24 h含量、外观、pH值均无明显改变。结论:注射用甲氨蝶呤可与上述4种输液于5和25℃条件下配伍,0～24 h内稳定性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatibility of methotrexate injection with 5% dextrose, 0.9% sodium chloride, fructose and xylitol injection at different temperatures. Methods: The content of drug in 24 h after infusion was measured by HPLC, and the appearance of compatibility liquid was observed and its pH was measured. Results: The contents of methotrexate and four kinds of infusions after injection at 5 and 25 ℃ did not change significantly after 0-24 h. Conclusion: Methotrexate for injection can be compatible with the above four kinds of infusions at 5 and 25 ℃, with good stability within 0-24 h.
