随着中国电力市场增速放缓,电力设计、施工企业生产能力过剩局面凸显,行业竞争加剧。开拓国际市场,寻求企业发展新的业务增长点,是一条必由之路。作者在广西电力设计院从事多年国际市场开发工作后,在总结经验教训的同时,提出设计企业应如何利用自身优势开拓国际市场的发展思路。
As the growth of China’s power market slowed down, the overcapacity in power design and construction enterprises highlighted the intensified competition in the industry. To explore the international market and seek new business growth enterprises is the only way. After Guangxi Electric Power Design Institute engaged in many years of international market development work, while summing up experience and lessons, the author put forward the idea of how design enterprises should make use of their advantages to develop the international market.
