采用 Na Cl- KCl熔盐法成功地制备了单一钙钛矿相结构的 0 .8PMN- 0 .2 PT陶瓷 ,并详细研究了添加过量 Pb O和过量 Mg O对 0 .8PMN- 0 .2 PT陶瓷样品的相结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明 :过量 Pb O和过量 Mg O都能抑制和消除焦绿石相 ,并提高陶瓷的介电常数 ,但过量 Mg O的效果更好。
A single perovskite-type phase-to-phase 0.8PMN-0.2PT ceramic was successfully prepared by NaCl-KCl melt-salt method. The effects of excess PbO and excess MgO on 0.8PMN- Effect of phase structure and dielectric properties of ceramic samples. The results show that both excess PbO and excess MgO can inhibit and eliminate the pyrochlore phase and increase the dielectric constant of the ceramic, but the effect of excess MgO is better.
