目的探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT1)在婴儿血管瘤组织中的表达,以及对诊断和鉴别诊断的意义。方法对婴儿血管瘤60例、窦状血管瘤6例、血管肉瘤2例、淋巴管瘤10例、血管畸形9例、正常皮肤组织10例应用免疫组化染色EnVision法,检测GLUT1在上述标本中的表达。结果婴儿血管瘤在增殖期、消退期血管内皮细胞中GLUT1均(+),而所有窦状血管瘤、血管肉瘤、淋巴管瘤、血管畸形、正常皮肤组织中的小动静脉和微血管内皮细胞均GLUT1(-)。结论婴儿血管瘤的血管内皮细胞特异性表达GLUT1。GLUT1可用于婴儿血管瘤的诊断,并可作为婴儿血管瘤与其他类型血管瘤和血管畸形鉴别的依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) in infantile hemangiomas and its significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods 60 infantile hemangiomas, 6 sinusoidal hemangiomas, 2 angiosarcomas, 10 lymphangiomas, 9 vascular malformations and 10 normal skin tissues were examined by EnVision immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of GLUT1 in these samples expression. Results In the proliferative phase and the receding stage, GLUT1 was all (+) in all vascular hemangiomas, while all arterioles and microvascular endothelial cells in all sinusoid angiomas, angiosarcomas, lymphangiomas, vascular malformations and normal skin tissues GLUT1 (-). Conclusion The vascular endothelial cells of infant hemangiomas express GLUT1 specifically. GLUT1 can be used in the diagnosis of infantile hemangiomas and can be used as a basis for the identification of infantile hemangiomas and other types of hemangiomas and vascular malformations.
