糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是糖尿病的重要并发症,AGEs及其通路在DKD的致病机制中起到重要作用。研究发现,体外皮肤AGEs荧光检测能更为准确地反映体内AGEs的蓄积程度与损伤情况,且因其无创、快捷、价格低廉与相对稳定的优势,将在预测与评估DKD发生发展中逐渐得到更广泛的临床应用。本文就近年来皮肤AGEs荧光检测DKD中的国内外应用进展作一综述。
Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is an important complication of diabetes and AGEs and their pathways play an important role in the pathogenesis of DKD. The study found that in vitro skin AGEs fluorescence detection can more accurately reflect the accumulation of AGEs in vivo extent and damage, and because of its noninvasive, fast, inexpensive and relatively stable advantages, will be in the prediction and evaluation of the occurrence and development of DKD gradually get more A wide range of clinical applications. This review summarizes recent advances in the application of fluorescent detection of AGEs in skin in DKD.
