本文以江西省为例分析了当前地方高校人才培养与地方经济建设的关系,发现二者之间的关系比以前更为密切,但地方高校人才培养并未完全适应这一新趋势,有待改进。 Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current relationship between local university personnel training and local economic development and finds that the relationship between the two is more closely than before. However, the personnel training in local universities is not fully adapted to this new trend and needs to be improved.
