用自编的《城乡中小学教师流动调查问卷》对桐庐县教师流动情况进行调查。结果表明:非正式制度的四个维度对教师流动有着显著影响;规约教师流动的非正式制度因素因教师性别、教龄、任教地区的不同呈现一定的差异;集权文化、家庭本位、传统认知、专业信念等方面对教师流动有显著影响;强有力的制度保障、领导政策的正确执行、教师观念及行为的转变、社会舆论的支持能促进教师的有序流动。在对调查数据分析的基础上提出了若干促进教师合理流动的建议。
Investigate the Flow of Teachers in Tonglu County with Self-made Questionnaire on the Flow of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Urban and Rural Areas. The results show that the four dimensions of the informal system have a significant impact on the mobility of teachers. The informal institutional factors of the flow of the statutory teachers show some differences due to the difference of the teachers’ gender, teaching age and teaching area. The centralized culture, family-based, traditional cognition, Professional beliefs and other aspects have a significant impact on the flow of teachers; a strong system of security, the correct implementation of the leadership policies, teachers and behavioral changes in the concept of public opinion support can promote the orderly flow of teachers. Based on the analysis of survey data, a number of suggestions were made to promote the rational flow of teachers.
