后进地区可以通过承接产业转移加速发展,本文通过对产业转移现象的缘由的分析,指出产业演进是产业转移的根本原因和目的.开放经济和产业政策则使之加剧,同时分析了后进地区承接产业转移原因是产业演进过程的相似性、仅靠内生动因推动的产业演进周期长和后进地区的比较优势;在此基础上指出后进地区应明确所承接转移的区域对象、行业对象、企业对象特点,总结出产业转移的国家投入式、项目引进式、集群迁移式、资本运营式和自产创新性,并就广西承接产业转移中应做的思考进行了探讨。
