对于特低渗透油层,油井产量低、含水低、结蜡严重、热洗周期短,造成热洗压井,污染和堵塞油层,影响油井产量;原有的热洗不压油层管柱结构复杂,施工困难,施工周期长,成本高,不适合低产井应用,很少使用,为此研制了简单实用的热洗不压油层管柱。现场应用3口井,洗井排量能够满足常规热洗的要求,并能够避免由于常规热洗造成的清水压井,起到了热洗不压油层的目的,热洗后缩短产量恢复时间1天以上,增加了油井产量,该管柱具对于低渗透油层开发有很好的应用前景。
