在煤炭产业生态化的过程当中,职工分流安置问题被认为是最重要产业优化问题,同时也是企业与有关部门最感到头疼的问题。为妥善安置职工,有关的社会部门和山东兖矿集团先后出台多项政策对职工分流安置方式、劳动关系的处理、社会保障的衔接、辞退人员的生活费标准等提出了明确的指导意见。所以本文就是简单的介绍一下在供给侧改革的背景下,煤炭产业生态化转型的过程中人员安置问题的有关政策。
In the process of ecologicalization of the coal industry, the issue of staff distribution and resettlement is considered to be the most important industrial optimization issue and also the most troubling issue for enterprises and relevant departments. In order to properly arrange the staff and workers, the relevant social departments and Shandong Yankuang Group have promulgated a number of policies that set forth clear guidelines on the distribution of staff and workers, the handling of labor relations, the interface of social security, and the standard of living expenses of dismissed officers. Therefore, this article is a brief introduction to the supply-side reform in the context of the ecological transformation of the coal industry in the process of personnel placement issues related policies.
