努力寻求节约原材料,合理使用原材料,而又能满足设计要求的新的设计方法是有重大意义的。本文对这个问题所提出的,采用混凝土折算系数的方法是较为简便与实用的。但为了进一步论证和求得改进,特向读者介绍并作为一个问题来加以研究讨论,希望读者提出自己的意见。本文作者是我会的一个青年技术员,参加设计工作时间也不长,但能通过实际工作总结出一套比较完整的设计方法这是可贵的,同时也希望我会各个工作岗位上的同志,在向水利科学进军中结合实际工作写出这样的文章。
