电子设备的可靠性,一般分为固有可靠性和使用可靠性,固有可靠性是由设计、生产和工艺决定的,而使用可靠性是由固有可靠性和使用条件共同决定的.使用维修对固有可靠性的影响主要与两方面有关.一是要有一批具有现代化理论并掌握一定维修技能的高级使用维修人员,使经验维修能上升到理论维修.二是要有一套性能先进、使用方便的检测设备.本文通过大量使用维修中发现的问题.就元件质量对机载电子设备可靠性的影响谈了我们自己的看法,并提出了元件质量的好坏是设备可靠性的关键.最后,本文还从使用维修的角度对电子设备的可靠性设计提出了一些切实可行的方法.
The reliability of electronic equipment is generally divided into inherent reliability and reliability of use, inherent reliability is determined by the design, production and technology, and the reliability of use is determined by the inherent reliability and conditions of use together.
