利用液相压力微型反应系统,在150℃、液体空速40h~(-1)的条件下,对各种Y型分子筛作为十二烯-苯烷基化反应催化剂的稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,用碱土金属离子或稀土金属离子交换改性的HY分子筛在烷基化反应中具有比HY更好的稳定性。其中以SrHY分子筛的稳定性最好,在维持烯烃转化率在98%以上时,单周期的处理量可达160公斤烷基苯/公斤他化剂。研究还表明,在Y型分子筛中引入Sr~(2+)后能增强分子筛对苯的吸附能力,在反应温度下使苯仍能维持活化吸附状态。
The stability of various Y zeolites as catalysts for the alkenylation of dodecene - benzene was investigated by means of liquid - phase pressure microreaction system at 150 ℃ and liquid hourly space velocity of 40 h ~ (-1). The results show that the HY zeolite modified with alkaline earth metal ions or rare earth metal ion exchange has better stability than the HY in the alkylation reaction. Among them, SrHY zeolite has the best stability. When the conversion of olefins is above 98%, the processing capacity per unit cycle is up to 160 kg of alkylbenzene / kg. The results also show that the introduction of Sr ~ (2+) into Y zeolite can enhance the adsorption capacity of benzene to benzene and maintain the adsorption state of benzene at the reaction temperature.
