由于小学生在心理特征和生理发展上存在的差异,因此对数学知识的接受能力以及学习数学的兴趣也不尽相同,如果教师在数学教学中仍是搞“一刀切”已经不能适应新课改对数学教学的要求,也不能满足不同层次学生学习的需求。分层教学就是因材施教的一种好方法,本文就分层教学的必要性以及在数学教学中如何实施进行探讨。
