我国“图书馆学、情报学理论研讨会”于今年五月二十八日至六月一日在武汉召开.这是一次青年学者的理论研讨盛会,与会代表近百人,就图书馆学、情报学理论与方法,图书馆工作、情报工作体制及改革,图书馆学、情报学教育和图书馆工作、情报工作现代化问题广泛进行了较深刻的探讨。同时举行的,还有中国图书馆学会《图书馆学通讯》编辑部召开的“图书馆学研究方向”座谈会。我有幸作为座谈会的特邀代表目睹了这次青年学者的理论盛会,深受教育和鼓舞。这次会议时间虽短,但意义重大,影响
