“新闻侵权热”的产生、存在有其客观必然性,是不依新闻媒体的意愿所转移的,新闻媒体只能正视这种客观存在,通过正当途径,以减少“新闻侵权”的发生。
The emergence of “hot news infringement” has its objective inevitability and is not transferred according to the wishes of the news media. The news media can face up to such objective existence only and reduce the occurrence of “infringement of news” through proper channels .
